It’s that time of year!

I have started working on the birthday site and now need your submissions for Alexz’s birthday! For those that have done this in the past you can probably skip to the email address: birthday[@]alexz.net

Birthday Details Page

Once your submission has been added to the site I’ll email you back to let you know.

I normally receive submissions in 3 major categories:

Message: This is just a simple message, as short or as long as you want it to be, wishing Alexz a happy birthday. The length is whatever you’re comfortable with. I don’t usually spellcheck or check for grammatical issues. I simply copy/paste your submission into the site.

Video: Self explanatory. I’ve had some great videos over the years. What you should do is upload it to Youtube and label it as Unlisted, that way it won’t show up in Youtube’s search results. Send me the URL of the video and I’ll use the Embed code to put the video onto the site.

Graphic: There’s a lot of talented graphic designers out there and I get a handful of pictures wishing Alexz happy birthday every year or so. You can attach this to the email or send me the URL. I usually save the picture and upload it to my own space. It will be resized to fit inside the post but also linked to its own address so Alexz can see the full picture if she clicks on it.

You can do any or all of these 🙂

If you have any questions you can email me at admin[@]alexz.net , or find me on Twitter @robbyfischer.

Have fun with this! On the day of her birthday I’ll tweet and email her the website so she can see all the birthday wishes! 🙂

It’s that time of year!
