“So Weird” Musings
I’m listening to Alexz’s music from “So Weird” for the first time. I’ve heard her voice was very mature when she was young and always took it for granted. I became a hardcore fan of hers during Instant Star so I was a bit late compared to many in this community.
I’m listening to “Transparent Lies” now and WOW. Just WOW. There really isn’t much I can say or use to get across just how amazing her voice is during this song and that show. It’s amazing and incredible. I have to hear this song again.
The song has the acoustic draw of “Skin”,it’s own charm and pull all it’s own. Simply fantastic. This is obviously old news to many of you, but go back and remember what it was like to hear it for the first time. That feeling you got hearing Alexz sing. The chorus will floor you as she sings it. Find a way to hear this song if you haven’t heard it. THIS is why we love Alexz.
