Walk of Fame Performers Announced

Canada’s Walk of Fame Festival has announced a number of performers scheduled to take part in ceremonies celebrating the Walk’s 2010 inductees next month. Jill Hennessy, Erin Hunt, Darrelle London, Liam Titcomb, Kirsten Jones, Jesse Labelle, Ladies of the Canyon, Alexz Johnson, Andrew Cole, Nightbox, Jenna Andrews and Dane Hartsell have all been added to a bill that already includes such Walk of Fame luminaries as Paul Anka, Burton Cummings and Buffy Sainte-Marie.

The Canada’s Walk of Fame Festival is a four-day event taking place from Oct. 14 to 17, and is timed to coincide with the induction ceremonies for the 2010 Walk of Fame, which take place on Oct. 16 at Toronto’s Canon Theatre.

This year’s inductees include David Clayton-Thomas, Nelly Furtado, Doug Henning, Clara Hughes, Eric Mc-Cormack, Farley Mowat and Sarah Polley.
