Kickstarter Update: Fulfillment Issues
We’ve been aware of the fulfillment issues of Alexz’s Kickstarter packages for awhile, but Alexz was on tour and unable to really answer any of the concerns and emails. Here is her recent Kickstarter update regarding this issue:
Hey guys,
First of all, I’d love to thank you so much for your support and help with making the Skipping Stone tour a possibility. It was a lot of work ironing out the details, but in the end, it was an amazing success! I cannot apologize to everyone enough for the problems we’ve had with the organization and fulfillment of Kickstarter orders. It’s been incredibly difficult doing this by myself with only a handful of (wonderful) friends and supporters. The level of gratitude towards my fans cannot be expressed, and I’ve been devastated receiving your disheartened emails while touring.
I want to make this right for the people who have received the wrong orders. Anyone who may have received the wrong product will have an email in your inbox regarding steps to make sure we can make this right. Please be on the lookout for it in the next 24 hours…
Again, I feel so awful that this has happened, and I’m so sorry. I love my fans and appreciate what you’ve done for me more than you know.
