My wonderful (patient) fans…
I apologize for the back and forth on release dates this past week. I hate it. With the hurricane that hit NYC, things got a really off on this end with deadlines, Stage-It shows, and Boston being cancelled (which we are solidifying new dates for right now).
More importantly though – in regards to tonight’s premiere – I feel the documentary just isn’t ready to share with you yet. I saw a final edit last evening, and realized it’s not representing my story as authentically as I want it to. Long story short — I can’t put out something my soul isn’t behind. I want it to be perfect.
I’m pushing the release of the documentary till early December, but I want you to know that I’m putting my heart and soul into it. I’m really, REALLY excited for you to see this documentary, but it’s just not complete yet.
Having said that, everything else is coming together nicely; the tour book, the live album, and a new music video for Skipping Stone Live, which is coming very soon. Because of all this changing of release dates, I’ll also be giving away a free download of Skipping Stone Live which you all can have.
Being an independent artist, with no label and handful of believers on my team, is rewarding but also challenging. Thank you for all your support, your comments and for sharing my videos and music. I could not do this without you…
