**Are you an introvert or an extrovert? “Extroverted introvert… I had this conversation the other day. Mostly an interovert though..
**Will you ever come to Italy? “Soon! If not Italy, somewhere close!”
**How would you describe your time doing So Weird and Instant Star? Any regrets? “No regrets. Only humble thankfulness!”
**I think you are awesome on collaboration and featured songs. “Thank you! It’s lots of fun when I get to work with talented friends of mine.. I’m enjoying it a lot.”
**Maybe a @alexzjohnson and @garrisoncade duet one day? “Heck yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
**Any plans to tour the UK if you come to Europe? “Uh huh..”
**There’s rumours going around that you’re secretly signed to a major label again. Any comments? “I am not signed, at the moment.. I am aiming for this album to get help on an international level, so I can reach more places live.”
**What do you enjoy most about touring? “Aw man… it’s so free. It’s everything I love. It’s movement and connection and open.”
**Is there an address that I can send you fan mail to? “I’m working on getting a P.O box!”
**Will you come in Ukraine or Russia in next year? “This is the ultimate goal. To tour internationally. If this album gets the support I’m hoping it gets.. I will for sure.”
**Where’s your “thinking” place? “My head, constantly. Never stopping.”
**Any plans for the leftover Jimmy Robbins songs? dancing with the moon, etc? “Nothing I intend on doing with them at the moment.”
**Is there a video of you singing the national anthem when you were younger? “I should really look for that and upload it…”
**if you could take a year off and travel where would you go? “Africa, Greece, Spain, Japan!”
**3 words 3 words to describe this new direction? “Soulful, haunting, classic”
**Which is the last film you’ve seen? “Happy People: A Year in the Taiga, by my favorite @wernerherzog”
**You said a while back that you were considering putting some Weight tracks on the new album. Are any still contenders? “By the looks of it… with the amount of new material, these recent contenders have won over the weight songs for this rekkid!”
**Have you planned to come to Mexico any time soon? “I’m actually going to a wedding in Mexico in November! Maybe I should plan a lil’ one off show…. ?”
**What is your favorite part of the day? “Dusk!”
**Are most of the songs you’re considering for the record Brendan co-writes? “Majority of the songs that have made the cut are @BrendanJJohnson co-writes. :)”
**Plan on debuting any new tracks at Irving Plaze besides your duet with @RonPopeMusic? “Thinking about it…”
**Do you like @teganandsara? “Canadian talent! Yes!”
**Last spontaneous thing you’ve done? “SKYDIVING”
**Will Lighthouse or Mary be on the new album? “No..”
**When can we expect the first single to drop? “I’m guessing in Oct!”
**What are you now in the process of making the new album? “Creating sketches of the final chosen songs and making sure the arrangements sound right before tracking live with the band.”
**Will you tour the US again this fall? “Nope… working on the album all summer, until Fall.”
**Can you tell us some names of songs that will be on your new album? “I will only tell you one for right now! “Nothin’ On Me”.”
