Big news today! Alexz announced through her PledgeMusic campaign that she is releasing American Dreamer as the first single off of her next album! It will be released on December 27th on PledgeMusic and also on iTunes. Here is her update:

Pretty soon everyone will be winding down for the holidays…

First off — thank you for being so patient during this album process!
I thrilled to announce my single AMERICAN DREAMER will be dropping on Pledge & iTunes Dec 27th!

Following the single release, I’ll be releasing the album EP. You can pre-order the album NOW right here on Pledge Music (www.pledgemusic.com/projects/alexzjohnson)

Thank you for your patience! This record has been more than a few months in the making, and I couldn’t be more proud of it!!
I can’t wait for this new year and getting the opportunity to play in Europe for the first time is so exciting…
